Upper & Lower Fixed Orthotics

J. Siegert

Patient suffering from TMD [Tempromandibular Joint Dysfunction] is fitted with upper & lower fixed orthotics to a new Physiologic bite.  This starts Phase 1 of the TMD treatment process.

TMJ Removable & Fixed Orthotics

LVI

Patients have the option for removable or fixed orthotics.  A removable or fixed orthotic manipulates your jaw to the new position to recreate proprioception (the brain knowing where the teeth go together), so you are able to function in that better position

TMJ Removable Orthotic

J. Siegert

After TENSing, a TAG bite (TENS alignment guided bite) utilizing the BioPAK system finds a bite at your best physiologic position. A removable or fixed orthotic manipulates your jaw to the new position to recreate proprioception (the brain knowing where the teeth go together) so you are able to function in that better position.
