They can make adjustments to the veneer or enamel for a better fit and look if necessary. However, in the majority of cases, the veneers fit optimally due to the accuracy of the mold impressions.

The dentist will then roughen up the surface of the tooth, which allows for a more secure fit for the dental veneer.
