AboutSiegert Dental

The Siegert Dental approach to dentistry versus traditional Simple tooth dentistry:

Simple tooth dentistry is a traditional approach that focuses on treating each tooth as an isolated problem. For example, if you have a cavity, we will fill it; if you have a broken tooth, we will crown it; if you have a missing tooth, we will replace it with a bridge or an implant. This approach can help you restore the function and appearance of your teeth, but it may not address the underlying causes or the long-term effects of your dental issues.

Ideal comprehensive dentistry is a holistic approach that considers your whole mouth as a system that affects and is affected by your overall health and well-being. For example, if you have a cavity, we will not only fill it but also investigate why you developed it in the first place and how to prevent it from recurring. If you have a broken tooth, we will not only crown it but also evaluate how it affects your bite and your jaw muscles. If you have a missing tooth, we will not only replace it with a bridge or an implant but also consider how it impacts your bone structure and your facial aesthetics. This approach can help you achieve and maintain optimal oral health, as well as improve your quality of life.

By choosing the ideal comprehensive dentistry, you can enjoy the following benefits:

  • A personalized treatment plan that addresses your specific needs and goals
  • A preventive strategy that reduces the risk of future dental problems and complications
  • A comprehensive examination that includes digital X-rays, occlusion tests, and periodontal assessments
  • A multidisciplinary approach providing a wide range of services, such as general dentistry, cosmetic dentistry, periodontics, and more
  • A long-term relationship that fosters trust and communication
Dr. Jake Siegert

DR. JAKE SIEGERT

Dr. Jake and his wife Kathryn are both natives of the Coulee Region, they met at Onalaska High School. It had always been his dream to practice and raise a family in our great little river town.

He stays very active with his two sports loving sons, James (10) and Henry (7); as well as chasing his Toddler Vivian. The family wanted to create a little balance in the household, so recently they added Nora the Golden Retriever to ensure the girls had fair representation.

In his spare time Dr. Jake enjoys boating, waterskiing, golfing, hunting, and Men's League hockey. Siegert Dental is the proud sponsor of the Tornado Youth Hockey team in Onalaska, where both of his sons play (with all their teeth intact).
